The site is located in N. Philadelpheia, where the stadium “Nikos Goumas” used to be until it was demolished in 2003. The surrounding environment is entirely residential with small shops in almost every buildings ground floor. The average height of the buildings around the site is from 3 to 15 metres, a moderate urban scale. Sites of importance, urban transortation and main traffic roads are highlighted in the plans above, in an effort to map the characteristics and the elements of the area along the site.
These values will be analyzed and be processed, for an urban renewal and a new fottball stadium in the area.
